St. Lucia Dialysis Vacation Giveaway Rules
Eligibility :
The St. Lucia Dialysis Vacation Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), the United Kingdom, and Canada (excluding Quebec Province, where it is void) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Timing :
The St. Lucia Dialysis Vacation Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) May 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, December 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Go to www.stlucia-dialysis.com or www.stlucia-vacation.net and follow the links and instructions for entry. Basically to enter, the entry form is completed explaining to us "Why" you or the person you are entering on behalf deserve a free dialysis vacation. After you have fully completed the entry form and submitted the required information, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.
Limit:
You may enter the Promotion up to eleven (11) times during the Promotion Period, regardless of your method of entry.
Prize (s):
There is one (1) Grand Prize being offered of a package to http://www.baygardenshotel.com/ Resort consisting of seven (7) nights accommodations for two (2) (single room, double occupancy). Airfare and 3 dialysis sessions at St.Luica Dialysis. TRANSPORTATION FROM THE WINNERS HOME TO THE AIRPORT IS NOT INCLUDED. Approximate Retail Value: $5,995 USD.
